my phone is Z5 Premium Dual,
after i use my phone as tethering device, my phone cannot connect to internet using my mobile data,
if i browse via google chrome, it always say error 503 service unavailable
i cannot open my play store too. it always say connection to google server error.
if i make my phone as tethering device again when this error occurs, then i use my tab to connect, my tab can browse/download normally, so it's not my ISP problems.
please give me advice to fix this.
since yesterday, when my first time use my phone as tethering device
no, it's not play store problem,
just minutes ago, i connect my phone to my friend wifi, it can connect.
i already re-add my google account using my friend wifi.
but when i stop connecting to my friend phone, the error still persist.
That's a really odd issue, you might want to consider repairing the phone with PCC
Bridge (for Mac)
Alternatives on How to backup Xperias
.. ok i will consider it as the last options, because i need to backup everthing before repairing.
thanks for your help.
i already contact sony support for this problem,
i will wait their answer first.
One more suggestion, settings > apps > all > look for all the Google apps and services > clear data > uninstall updates on both chrome and play store > restart the phone > check again.
try this,
the problem solve just for an hour,
then the problem occurs again...
i try download firefox via wifi,
but yeah, it still cant browse if i use mobile data.
update:
this issue has no any relation with tethering.
i already do factory reset, all mobile data connection has normal.
do update in what's new, then the connection issue come back.
so the culprit is some update from what's new, i don't know which one, because i do a bulk update.
then now i must do factory reset again.
so wasting time.
and sony local support doesn't reply my email,
Why haven't you called them instead of emailing them? also check your spam folder.
