Mobile data connection issue after tethering

my phone is Z5 Premium Dual,

after i use my phone as tethering device, my phone cannot connect to internet using my mobile data,

if i browse via google chrome, it always say error 503 service unavailable

i cannot open my play store too. it always say connection to google server error.

if i make my phone as tethering device again when this error occurs, then i use my tab to connect, my tab can browse/download normally, so it's not my ISP problems.

please give me advice to fix this.

What's your firmware version? Could be a bug in the firmware?

4. Boot on safe mode should become available

I'm a bit confused on your issue, are you saying that the Z5 Premium data stops working after tethering or while tethering?

the step are like this :

1. my phone can use internet like normal, can browse, can open play store.

2. i use my phone as tethering device, my tab connect, browse normally.

3. stop my z5p as tethering device

4. my z5p cannot browse (always say error 503 in chrome), and cannot open play store

5. i try to make my phone as tethering device again,

6. test browsing via chrome when still as tethering device, the error still persist (503), and cannot open play store too.

7. try connect with my tab to it. can browse normally, so it's not my ISP problem.

8. already try to restart, safe mode, until now my z5p still cannot browse or open play store

yes, it only happen to chrome and app store,

my facebook apps, even it more slow than usual, but yes, it still can connect.

i try to clear data/cache on my app store,

and remove my google account,

now i have new problem, i can't re-add my google account, because when i try to re-add my google account, there is an erro "server error" ... **bleep**...

Ok, then its not a phone issue, its probably a Google server issue, if you google around you can find a lot of reports on such issue that was a temporary server problem.

how long have you been experiencing that problem?
