You can always try to boot the phone into safe mode to exclude problems related to third party apps:

To be able to send and receive MMS, you need correct MMS-settings via Settings > More... > Mobile networks > Access Point Names. I suggest that you double check these settings with your network provider and also make sure that this function is enabled for your subscription.
Otherwise, I suggest that you try another SIM-card. Note that if you try another SIM-card from another operator, you need their MMS-settings.
I have the same problem also, same as you on Friday, have you fixed it yet, noone knows whats wrong woth mine

i have tried everything except the sim card which ill try tommorrow.
