MMS does not work on my z1 for tmobile USA

Hey guys

I have a Sony xperia Z1 honami. I bought this phone in December and i love it! But still to this day i cant seem to make the MMS work! I cant get pictures.

I am running on tmobile in USA

Try sourcing the Internet/MMS settings via these steps:

Main Menu > Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > Accept.

I did this already so many times and still does not work! I just tried doing it again and still nothing

settings > more > mobile networks > apn > menu > add New > enter this

Name: T-Mobile

APN: epc.tmobile.com or fast.tmobile.com (for LTE devices)

Proxy:

Port:

Username:

Password:

Server:

MMSC: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MMS proxy:

MMS port:

MMS protocol: WAP 2.0

MCC: 310

MNC: 260

Authentication type:

APN type: default,supl,admin,dun,mms

menu > save

restart your phone

In this case please follow the below steps to bring up the APN settings for the phone after which you will need to confirm these settings with the network provider:

Main Menu > Settings > More > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.

I was trying the apn change and still no solution. This has beeb such a headache for me since i got this phone. I dont know if i am doing it right or not! Uliwooly do you have a tmobile carrier z1?

I don't have T-mobile, I have AT&T but I had helped other users with their APN settings, was your phone locked to a different carrier/network branded? 

what happen when you enter the above settings ?

I purchase the phone unlocked on ebay brand new.could it maybe be my sim card?

When i entered everything i turned the phone off for about 5 mins and them i was trying to send a MMS and it says queded message and then it will say massage not sent. I cant even recieve picture messages as well

I would try a SIM swap so that you can at least rule that out.
