missing google play app from phone

my xperia z1c had the app before, but after an authorized service center replaced my phone's board due to damage, the app went missing... it's supposed to be a built-in app, now i can't download apps from google.....can anyone help me?

Settings-apps-all,scroll down as it might be disabled.

i cant find it, i even tried to download it but installation always fail

philippines.. unfortunately, i only noticed this 2 days after the repair, i'm in canada now and internet is my only way to solve this problem...i hope

if its a chinese Xperia it won't have Google apps, does it has Gmail, youtube? also under settings > apps > make sure to swipe to ALL

it hass gmail and youtube preinstalled but youtube wont work without google play... what do you mean by "rooted" ?

It means you have access to modify system files.I guess you are not.Perform a software repair:

finished installing it on my laptop, now i guess what's left is to click and and click and click til everything's ok nyahh
