Missing 3D Camera App

I have a four-day old Xperia TX. I cannot seem to find the 3D Camera app in my app drawer, but it appears in Settings -> Apps. How do I use my phone's 3D Camera/make it appear in the app drawer? The 3D Album is missing too. I have upgraded my ICS shortly after my phone purchase.

To be honest Daloch no 3d is not a big deal as it's only a gimmick and is not a deal-breaker for me.

Also, you mention the poor quality camera but the shots I took with the camera were great. Vivid, real colours and very sharp.

I'm just waiting on a decision if the casing wearing off is gonna be fixed....

I know the 3D camera it's not  big deal (as all about the camera in this phone)... it is just the fact. they sell a product with some features that are not true. Then, they just say "it is not supported, we are so sorry", BUT they sold lots of phones with that feature. As I see it, that's defrauding to the costumers.

What it is really TERRIBLE, is the fact that there are firmwares from peoples that shows that they don't even know what this phone is able to do. Those firmwares demonstrates that this phone supports the 3D camera.

Well, then what?... it is supposed that we have to loose our warranty, only because Sony WON'T do their job?... how bad is that???

All this because why?... because they want just add this feature in their new phone, so they will take it out from the Xperia T????

I paid for this phone with the 3D camera as Sony said, AND I WANT THIS FEATURE IN AN OFFICIAL FIRMWARE, BECAUSE THE PHONE CAN SUPPORT IT. SAME AS REAL 13Mpx PICTURES, NOT THE CR*P THAT IT DOES NOW.

I PAID FOR IT!!!!!!!!!

Personally I found the pictures the camera took perfectly acceptable. I understand your frustration though; can the camera take 3d pictures or not??? Why the mention of a 3d app and instructions when there is not official option or software. If this is one of their flagship phones should it not have it as standard? All very mysterious...

No, I don't work for HTC, nor any other phone company.

It just makes me really mad, when they cheat on me.

Sony is selling a phone because of their lies. I spent more than 500€ with this phone. See it how you wish, but the truth is that I bought this phone with because the features that Sony said that this phone would do, specially about the camera.

Man, there is NOTHING of truth about the camera of this phone.

But hey, if I am happy about something is about the fact that LOTS of people that I know, wished to buy this phone because the features that Sony says, and after explaining them the truth, they will not.

And you know, this is something that they will explain to other people.

It is not cross, it is just that, seeing how Sony does with their customers, I am doing with Sony.

My Sony Xperia T, which I have had since launch, has never had and has never been advertised as having the ability to take 3D pictures.

My daughters Xperia Go does have the ability to take 3D pictures but to be honest I wouldn't bother.
