When I make a call about 5 min the computer is starting to warm up in the part where this SD slot

Check Phone temperature using Android System Info or Android Assistant.

Phone temperature after a call shouldn't be more than 40 Deg. Cels. If it is, then there's some problem.

Do you've at least -81 dBm 16 asu Signal strength? Go to Settings>About Phone>Status>Signal Strength.

How do you hold your phone? Grab only at corners/edges, don't use palm to hold it, use fingers to grab edges.
