Miracast Issues

Hi has anyone had any issues connectin. To miracast displays my phone connects but I get no audio and the frame rate or performance makes it unwatchable. About 1 frame per second. Has anyone tested this and seen it work?

Sorry to hear you're having issues with Miracast.

I just tested it here with a Sony Bravia TV but it works fine for me. What device are you trying it with? Have you tried updating the firmware?

I'm on firmware 17.1.A.2.55 . Z2. I was using it with a Samsung BDF6500 bluray player which is a miracast certified device and I have tested that with other handsets and they all work - HTC one, S3, Nexus 5. Will check the firmware of the Bluray player and make sure it is up to date.

That's the same version that i was testing here but i'm unable to test with a BDF6500. Please let me know in case updating it doesn't help and if possible, also try your Z2 with another device to see if it's a general problem with Miracast in your unit or something that happens with this specific device.

I updated the Bluray Player FW and also disabled my Wifi to ensure there was no interference and it worked smoothly then for video. Thanks for your support.
