Mini pro, weak vibration?

Has anyone else noticed that the vibration in the Mini pro is very weak? It's a loud vibration as if it vibrates strongly inside, but the vibration seems to only barely reach the surface of the phone, making it barely feelable.

Possibly a reason for it, therefore, it gives no option to increase the vibration level.
