Microsoft Exchange Auto Sync problems in Sub-folders

Hi

I have problems in synchronizing my email from subfolders. I could connect to my inbox, the emails from my inbox can be pushed and sync. However, when i look into my subfolders, there are no email. I had to refresh each subfolders manually to access to my emails. This means, i have to manually update my subfolders one by one to check if there are any new emails. This is very inconvenient for business users as i have more than 20 subfolders.

Are there any ways or settings to solve this issue?

I have actually noticed the same thing..

I only have couple subfolders, but it is still annoying if you cannot be sure that all emails are being notified when they arrive.

It's the same in my Xperia P on 2.3.7.

This is the way it's supposed to work. I do however see your point with questioning it as it would make sense to at least be able to choose. Not sure if this could or will be changed but I can forward this as a change request.

In the meantime I suggest you have a look at other applications to see if they might manage this. Road Sync or K-9 Mail might work better.

What is the permanent solution for exchange folder sync issue.? I saw that Sony is suggesting to use third party apps to sync folders..this is not a way..

Hope Sony will come with solution soon..
