Microphone issue

Hi,

Facing issue with my microphone. Suddenly I'm gettng the error like " the accessory microphone and buttons are not available" on my screen and unable to hear anything, able to hear through loud spaeker only. Please suggest me to fix this issue.

I´ve tried that, and also removing and putting back the sim card...  and factory reset, etc...
I´ve never used the headphone jack in my life, I always use bluetooth headphones.
I´ve updated everything there is to update in google play... 

Still the same message...

for me its resolved afetr updating smart connect(LiveWare).
