microphone does not work properly

Hello, 

My microphone is not working well, people are not able to ear me clearly when I talk, and when I try to record my voice the sound is very tiny and poor quality.

When I go into the test section of diagnostics in parameters, sound is correct.

I disabled the Google Now voice option, but no improvement..

Switch off noise suppression in call settings it's bugged and doesn't work it actually makes calls worse!
