internet connection failed

Hi all,

please help to give me suggestion. my z1 is acting funny with the internet connection 

while i still can :

1. chat (BBM, whatsapp, line)

2. search using google search box --> the search result is showing

3. see the signal strenght is full and showing HSDPA

my Z1 cannot do :

1. open google play store the message would be server error please retry

2. click the search result from google search box --> when the browser want to show the result from the webpage i clicked, it will show : network failure (DNS server error) 

3. browsing pulse --> it will show network error too.

when i'm switching to wifi, everything is smooth so i'm guessing there's a problem with the SIM card. but when i try to install my SIM card to another phone, everything is running normal. could you guys please tell me, is this a problem with the phone or with the SIM card or with the provider?

Open Settings then under Xperia connectivity select More - Then select Internet settings - Make sure in the list that appears to select the right network ie: there maybe 2 option for your network Contract and PAYG - Make sure to select the right one for your package - Once updated retry

thank you for the reply, actually i already try your sugesstion once and it just download internet&MMS settings to my phone (maybe it is different since it will depend on the provider, we dont have contract scheme in Indonesia).

and the one thing that i forgot to mention is this symptom is happening intermittently. sometimes the connection went okay. but sometimes i just cant connect. the funny things is every instant messaging service is running without any problem.

i only have problem when i do browsing, youtube, etc. 

instant messaging use the internet service just like when i do browsing right? so is this software related problem?
