I'm waiting my micro-sim.

Now, I'cant use WIFI ?

I  would like transfer contacts by bluetooth but simless I think that is not possible.

Try to put your phone in airplane mode,the phone functions do not need SIM to work.

Also make sure that your WiFi-network is on channel 11 or lower. If your network uses channel 12 or above you will probably not detect it from the phone without a SIM-card and network reception.

Enabling airplane mode will turn off WiFi but you can turn it on again while in airplane mode so it's possible to use WiFi in airplane mode.

What if you export your contacts from your old phone via myphone explorer?

That's strange. It works for me without a SIM and in airplane mode but it may have to do with regional regulations.
Depending on what phone you're trying to transfer from you could also transfer your contacts using a microSD or use Xperia Transfer in PC Companion. MyPhoneExplorer may also work depending on what phone you have your contacts in.
