I am really, really disappointed about Sony Service in Indonesia, my Experia Ion have a serviced from okt 25 2013, with code service KJC00054085 , still in guarantee time (8 month in use), but it was almost 3 month until I wrote this post, there are no answer when it finish !
How can you manage the after sales service in Indonesia ?!
