mic problems

hello I have a sony xperia zr  and I have problems with the mic   when I am in a call  the other person  does not listen to me 

but some times yes  it is updated  but still the same

I suppose you mean that the other person can't here you sometimes? 

If you had you phone under water there might be some water block the mic. Try to blow on the mix to see if it gets better. 

Also you could try to start your phone in safe mode to see if the problem might be caused by some 3rd party app you have installed in your phone.
