Cannot drop call

If I making a call to other party. If they not available to take call or not able to reach. It will when into auto announcement info me on the status. During this announcement, I press drop call button. Screen will show dropping call. But it will still connected for about 1 minutes or more. Even if I try pressing drop call button many times.

Now I have to press drop call manually if I think no one answer and afraid it goes into announcement.

Dose any one have this issue?
How can I fix it?

So do I, I think it is because of firmware 532

Before update firmware. I do experienced the same problem.

Try this: Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Phone > Clear Data.

It is not working

I have try your solution. After clear data still the same. Can't drop call after go into announcement. Do not have problem on my previous note 2.
