Mic problem during calls after marshmallow update

After marshmallow update, during calls my voice becomes unreadable sometimes, so most of time I've to connect my ear plugs.

is this through regular calls? Does it happen while in >>> safe mode

Yeah it's through regular calls. And I didn't check in safe mode. Today a new problem I facing is when I tilt my mobile to left it just powered off. Then again I've to power it on. It is so terrible I am unable to use my phone.
