mic not working

Hi,

my xperia U's mic doesn't work!!

In this forum somebody said that remove live wallpaper app and it'll be fixed but how can I remove live app?

remove in Live Wallpaper app is disbled

Note that I upgraded to 6.1.1.B.1.10

Anyways the way to remove the live wallpaper after the settings reset is to select any other picture from album as wallpaper. Also check out SmartConnect(Liveware Manager)  to see if any option is ticked, all these need to be unticked for the problem to be solved.

I have done this! nothing changed!!

I went to Settings-> Backup & reset -> Settings reset and clicked ok

after restarting mobile I changed wallpaper to one of my own photos

I also went to liveware manager and unticked all the items

NOTHING Changed!!!!

Connect your phone to your PC.

Perform a "repair" using PC Companion.

This solves 99% of ICS upgrade issues.

I have done factory reset and wiped all my data but the mic still doesn't work
