Mic is not working when speaker phone is on and also while using all video Chat ( Skype & IMO )

Dear sir,

My microphone is not working when speaker is ON and also when using video chat ( skype & IMO ). It is working fine when using earpiece. I have also tested using microphone diagnostics and it is passed.

Would appreciate if you could resolve my problem. I have updated to the latest version (Marshmallow) also. JFYI.

have you tried to reinstall your apps.?

Does it work in just a regular call?
