The logs doesn't show any error from our messaging app so it's possible the message comes from a downloaded 3:rd party app.
On another forum i found a discussion about the same error message on other brands as well. Turned out to be a 3:rd party app called LIght Manager and seems the developer of this app fixed it with an update. Have you by any chance used this app?

Yes, i suspect so. The other forum i found discussed the same error message on other Android phones and it turned out to be from this app and not the phone itself. I've also checked the changelog provided by the developer of this app and seems it was solved in version 8.0 of Light Manager, the changelog for the app says:
- Fix error message appears when receive SMS on certain devices
