Memory in use for camera

How can I change the Memory in use for camera and other apps as External SD card?

All my images and videos are getting saved in Internal Memory and not in Memory card resulting in memory full error.

Also my sola shows 3.98 GB total space when connected phone to PC out of which almost 1 GB is already used by supporting files and Android and I'm left with 3 GB evern if I dont have anything saved.

Phone Specifications say it has 8 GB, could you clarify on my Memory issue please?

You can change this setting in the camera app. Open camera, press menu, data storage, SD card.

I suggest that you use an external SD card for media storage and internal storage for app's.

My Internal storage has a folder named "LOST.DIR" which is almost about 900 MB. Is it safe to delete it? Just want to make sure it will not corrupt the OS or any installed apps.
