I have a problem with my sola

it won't to connect to PC by USB...

when i connect phone to PC, PC shows some error message about MTP usb device failed...

please HELP!

I think installing SUS/PC companion will solve this issue as it may have the required cable drivers in it.

Update Service (SUS)

Do you have SD card in your phone?

Try Settings > Xperia > Connectivity > Enable Auto connect in MSC.

Try on other USB port.

U can also update your windows.
