MBH10 - Problem Windows 8.1

We have a problem with MBH10

I have a Galaxy S3, with Galaxy S3 works perfectly

and a computer with Windows 8.1 ( the bluetooth works, becuase have S3 and computer connecting9, but not found MBH10, and is impossible to conect

How is possible connect MBH10 with a computer ???

Try an app from Sony called Smart connect and see if that helps
