Maximum wallpaper size?

Is there a maximum limit (dimensions or filesize) for the wallpaper on a Z2?

I have made a wallpaper that is 5400x1920 and is 1.16mb. I made it that wide so that when scrolling I get a different image for each of the 5 screens that I use. Whats happening is the image shows and scrolls across like it is supposed to but it "flashes" between the image and a black screen.

Anyone know why this is happening?

That's rather odd, what if you use a different picture, do you experience the same ?

Yeah just tried it and it's the same. It switches from image to blackscreen and back every couple of seconds or so.

Also its only the background the app icon remain the same

Does your phone has a clean master? taskillers? antivirus apps?

Do you experience the same on >> safe mode?

Yeah still the same

settings > apps > all > xperia home > clear data > restart the phone > check again.
