My bluetooth is not finding my headset. I rebooted phone, tried 2 different headsets, 1 brand new. Then updated to Lollipop. Still no devices found.

It says my software is up-to-date. I just updated to Lollipop today.
it should give you the option to reinstall the latest update.
I lost all my loaded apps and the bluetooth still isn't working.
then that's a hardware issue, contact your Local support
Now the phone keeps playing a sound every time a system notification changes. I can't turn it off and it's driving me crazy. I changed the notification sound, but it did not change this sound.
