Magnetic Charger Problem

Helloo..

I just use the Xperia Z2 about 1 and half month.

The performance of the phone is great compare to my previous Xperia ion.

However, now ifacing some problem withe magnetic charging.

When use the magnetic charging, it seem the device was not charge.

The LED at the top will blinking after it was connected to magnetic charging.

Just facing this problem yesterday, and the first experience cause my phone cannot be turn on,

But after connecting to usb cable to my computer, it can be turn on. Thank god.

Anyone have this issue? Is that the problem come from the device? (both Magnetic charging cable and Magnetic charging dock have this issue). Is this problem covered by the warranty??

I use a magnetic cable for Z1,no problems.Are you sure you connected it correctly?

Are you connecting to a mains socket or via a USB port on a Pc etc - Using a USB port will not work, It has to be a mains plug socket

It connect correctly.

Before this, there are no problem, just face it yesterday.

The LED blinking when connected to magnetic charging.

Force shutdown your device (power button+volume up at the same time until it vibrates 3 times).Turn it back on and try again.

I try use both of them, still not charging. 

The charging signal just appear and then gone and then appear again...

I try to force restart as your mention. But the phone does not vibrate as usual, the phone just turn off.

I just installed some xperia theme. And the new one i update the movies app.

I really do not know,do you want to try a software repair?
