M4 battery drain

Using this phone for a while, I am facing unique problem where battery drains from 100 -98 percent , 67-65 percent, 25-22 percent evertime I charge it.
Any solution please. Can I ask for replacement if it cannot be fixed?

I have downloaded sevral charging apps. Theres no constant current and it is between 1000 mA and 159 000 mA

Settings > power management > battery > check what has been using the battery, also you could repair the phone with PCC

Have the same problem 1 day using the phone battry show 2+ days but the 2nd day it only show 1 day and phone bat drains fast did a factory reset phone back in 2days battery life after 2 weeks i charged it with phone turned off now its back in 1 day and drains fast again..... im trying PCC now

after PCC battery life back to normal 2 1/2 days showing on full batt.. but i had to install all my apps again..
