M4 battery drain

Using this phone for a while, I am facing unique problem where battery drains from 100 -98 percent , 67-65 percent, 25-22 percent evertime I charge it.
Any solution please. Can I ask for replacement if it cannot be fixed?

No I haven't any task killer or any other applications like that.

You could test this 

charge the phone 100% > close all the apps > restart the phone > use chrome as you normally would for 10 minutes or so 

then 

charge the phone 100% > close all the apps > restart the phone > boot on safe mode > use chrome again for 10 minutes

i got my phone back and battery draining problem is now low . firstly when we charged 100 % its speedly drain up to 50% afterthats draining speed slows

My battery drains real fast. Even if I use it with the charger it drains
