M4 battery drain

Using this phone for a while, I am facing unique problem where battery drains from 100 -98 percent , 67-65 percent, 25-22 percent evertime I charge it.
Any solution please. Can I ask for replacement if it cannot be fixed?

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..

I tried to repair using pc companion but of no use. I think it has worsened, just now battery reduced from 38 percent to 35 percent. What next can I ask for replacement?

I also having the same issue. I bought 2 handsets and both of the phone having battery issue after stamina mode it works only for 8 hours. Can u suggest what i can do?

I buy ur m4 aqua dual smartphone last week battery is draining so fast I updated on latest software but nothing happened Please help me I m using much difficulties using this phone on time of purchase ur dealer said to me by using Internet this will gave u 1 day back up but this is not giving half day back up help sir

1) the list

2) tap on the graph > take a screenshot

3) press back > tap on the top 4 items on the list > take a screenshot of each and post them all here or box/dropbox and post the link here.

this phone m4aqua dual is repairable or not. we are paying high amount for this phone and sony providing us un repairable phone.

seller of this phone is saying its cant be repaired only replaced

is this true

if its true than it is worst thing of this phone

there is no guarntee in branded companies phone like sony,

my camera is also not working in video mode
