m4 aqua software update problem.

hi i did a software update which has killed my 2 month old aqua. I sent it back to sony under the 2 year warranty but apparntley its not covered and ive been quoted £60 for them to fix it as it needs new electrical parts. 2 months old £200 to buy and sony wont fix this for free. Beware of software updates people. Sony have gave me 3 options to pay the £60 or pay for them to return it to me unfixed for postage or let them recycle it i.e they fix it and re sell it. Anyone got the number for Samsung?

That sounds very stange. Since repairs are handled at local level, I'm unable to do anything from my position. I suggest that you raise this with your Local support for further information about your case and why it's not covered by the warranty.
