M4 Aqua E2303 Proximity sensor poblem.

Hi, 

I have my Xperia M4 Aqua one and a half year. Suddenly my phone screen goes blue. I took my phone to authorized service and and get back my phone today after 3 weeks. On my phone was changed the folowing parts:

            - Motherboard 1295-8830
            - Front case with display and touch (Black)  124TUL0011A

            - Mic Rubber 460TUL0710A

            - Sub Antenna 1 black  124TUL0018A

            - Microphone & Sub Antenna Board - 124TUL0018A

            - SD Cover 460TUL3310A

            - SIM Cover 460TUL3510A

So my problem is that when i call someone my phone screen goes black without keeping my phone near the ear, and I cant to hang up, or if my second line call there is nothing to do.
Is this hardware problem, like somthing covering the proximity senosr or theres other things that can make this problem?

Does your phone has a protective case, film and/or glass?

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test proximity sensor.

No, I dont have any film or glass i have only silicon back case.
On ear proxymity text the phone starts to vibrate immediately with out covering the screen.

The first thing i tried was safe mode, but same.
