M2 shuts down and restarts after unlocking the screen

I don't know what I did but M2 shuts down itself several seconds after I enter the PIN to unlock the screen and restart. I can not access anything since it restarts even before the touch screen responds after entering PIN.

I have tried numerous method to rest the phone including flashing the bootloader. I cannot access the phone since it's locked,  and USB debugging feature is turned off. I cannot access the setting mode because I can not even get to it.

Could anybody help please?

Hi @ManWithProblem, I am sorry to hear about that.

Does the device restart if you don't have any SIM inserted? When the phone detects that a SIM is inserted or removed, it restarts - so if it happens right after you enter the PIN it sounds like it may be related to the SIM.

I see, I'm afraid that I can only refer you to have it sent to an authorized service center if a software repair using Xperia Companion does not help. The easiest way to have it sent to service is by getting in touch with your Local support, they will gladly assist you.
