LWW sound function problem during the call

Hi,

I coudn't hear anything during voice calls. Its audible when either connected with headphones or switching on the loudspeaker. How to fix it?

This seems to be a hardware issue, perhaps the ear speaker has to be replaced

Access the Service Menu and test the ear speaker
