loudspeaker not working

This is a strange kind of problem
Actually the loudspeakers are working when I get a call or message but they are not working when I play any audio video play games etc. Basically when any media item on my phone
Please tell me what to do?

1. Settings
2. Sound 
3. Volumes 
4. Music, viddeo, games & other media 
5. turn it up

You can also boot on safe mode to check if you get the same issue or not.
