My Xperia S loudspeaker is not working and i asked for a replacement. After 20 days the service engineer told me that there was an interface problem so they need to change the motherboard and i have to wait another 4 business days. I really don't how long will they take to return back my phone. for the past 20 days i dont have phone and i am really fed up with the service provided.
I'm sorry to hear this. I suggest that you raise this with your local support team to check how to proceed with this.

Even after a month i didnt get my mobile back from the service center. I also escalated this through customer care even they are not responding properly. Still they were telling that they haven't receive the part and also they not giving the exact date.
I suggest for these kind of problems replacing the phone will be the better option. Atleast we will not be get troubled by repeatedly calling the customer care as well as the service center representatives and wasting time.
I really don't no to whom i have to escalate this again.
