Lost front camera

Hello everybody. I have an xperia neo v, I upgraded to 4.0.4 and after then I lost the front camera (There is no button in the cam apps). I've tried everything but nothing.Ηowever I must say it seems not work at all either the FACE UNLOCK or in the SKYPE. Let me tell you that I've done two repairs with Pc Companion 2.1.

Could you give me an explanation or an advise how to fix it ?

Can you access the front cam by opening the camera app then press the SCN option and select front camera?

Thanks Johan for your interest. I saw the symbol in a cam of a friend, but in my apps is missing. I can't switch between the cameras in any way.

Open the camera (press and hold the camera key).

Press the option in the top left corner (mode selection).

Select front camera.

I did it but nothing happened. Is there any way to make the "upgrade" from scratch?

Try to reinstall your phones using SUS in that case to see if it can fix the problem.

Hello again ! I did it but nothing happend once again. The problem still exists. Seems like I'll quit. If you ever change something please let me know !!!
