Long battery charging time

I just bought Xperia Z1 3 weeks ago and it took me 4 hrs to fully charge the hp from below 20% battery level. I visited the support centre and had the battery.changed but it still took 4 hours. Is this normal?

How many hours needed to fully charge a z1 battery from a 15% battery level?
