I don't understand your question, but if you are asking if you can multitask with the Z1, yes, yes you can

if you want to switch from apps just press the key next to the home key and you can switch from apps quite fast

at the bottom of the screen there should be 3 keys, 

Back Home TaskManager, tap on the task manager

If you press home longer,you should get the recent task manager so you can switch.
