Lockscreen wallpaper and quick launch disappeared.

Hi,

Just got my xperia z yesterday but got a question. The lockscreen wallpaper and the quick lauch for camera & music player disappeared after I set either a password, pin or pattern. Is this normal? The lockscreen wallpaper only appear when I set the security as "swipe".

Can someone please advice?

That is normal; this is done so that people cannot access any aspect of your handset whilst you have the extra security in place.
