lockscreen freezes

Every time I lock my screen, the phone freezes. Except when its connected to an USB port of my pc. I have to use the "off" button to restart the whole thing... any solutions??? Repair via Companion does not work... fact reset neither. I bought the phone today...

does it have a protective case, film, glass?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Did it, does not work. It begun since I updated to latest firmware

What if you give PCC another try just to narrow down the problem. Whenever you are done with PCC do not restore any settings nor apps and test it for an hour or so.
