Lockscreen and settings app bug

Hi guys I updated to 5.1.1 my z3 compact finally and I noticed two bug lockscreen and settings app gets stuck some buggy Have experiencing the same problem?

Do you experience the same lag on safemode?

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Sorry for my bad English. no I not using a third party launcher and lockscreen. 5.1.1 update, come with settings and lock screen bugs

Reinstall the latest update with PCC > do NOT install any app > make sure its a clean update, it will delete everything on your phone > after repairing the phone with PCC > do NOT add any wifi connection, also don't add your google account and remove the SIM card > once the repair process its over > restart the phone > check if you experience the same lag.
