I have bought Sony Experia tipo in Russia and sent it to Cuba
With the Sim there it became blocked! What should I do? Should I really send it back to Russia or I can nothing with it already??

Is or was this phone ever locked to a carrier /network branded? 

if it was, you have to unlock it, you will have to contact your carrier but most of the time they don't give out this codes, if they can't or wont help you, there are ways around it
