Lock screen walpaper not working properly

HI,

i have set different walpapers for active screen and lock screen but the lock screen shows the same walpaper as the active screen .

I tried changing Lock screen wallpaper repeteadly but in vain.... it dosent work???? but Initially when i bought the phone I remember it was working properly....... any idea ???????????

found out that it only works in swipe mode not in pattern or if a password is set.......
