lock screen problem ?

When I press the power button and open it again. The display will show 100% charged at the top left corner for a second and then disappear.

Is it normal ?

When I press the power button to unlock the phone, the brightness level appears high and then slowly it goes to normal.. This started after i upgrade to 184.
