Live with Walkman WiFi Problem

I bought a new SE Live with Walkman on 27th Dec. I connect it to my office's and home's WiFi to surf internet & download apps from market. Unfortunately, today I can't connect to any WiFi. Once I turn ON the WiFi from my phone. I not searching/connect to any WiFi then it turn OFF automatically. I've try to do factory reset. It still can't connect to any WiFi. Please advice.

what is the security type of your wifi conection?

WPA2 PSK?

do you upgrade your firmware before this case happened?

Yes, My WiFi using WPA2-PSK security type.

Nope, I never done any firmware update yet.

Build number: 4.0.2.A.0.58

Just now i try to repair/update firmware by using PC Campanion. Result is still same. Cannot turn ON WiFi (it keep turn OFF automatically after a few seconds)

we got same case,but my wifi problem just when conect to wifi with WPA2 PSK security,you can try with wifi that without secirity (open network) because my WT19i have same case with you if conect with wifi with security the wifi will automatically disconected.

or you can try using static IP,ask to your wifi operators

Ok if the actual Wi-Fi itself is turning off once enabled and you have tried an update then the only other option is to have the handset looked at by an authorised agent as you have a fault with the Wi-Fi module.

I have the same issues... Even tried on an public open network and the Live Walkman insist that there is no wifi networks, and the Wi-Fi turns off after ~30seconds.

My device have 1 day since i opened the box, and i didn't installed nothing (eg: apps) that could compromise the wi-fi connection, i am about to send the device for the store and ask for another one to substitute this one...

Already factory settings reseted...

Can i do anything else for this issue?
