Live with Walkman: not getting blinking light on notification, Android 4.0

After updating my sony wt19i ( Live with walkman) phone with android 4.0 ics..i am not getting a blinking light on notification of any messages or call on my phone..plz help me to come out from this problem...

this is an issue across all 2011 Xperias running ICS, no official word and when how and/or if this will be fixed
