Lifelog unknown error

Hi, this is my second problem with lifelog. Today, as 5 days ago I turned on my Z1 (of corse with upgrated and updated everything) and I wanted to open lifelog to synchronize night mode and it popped me "Unknown error" I clicked OK and AGAIN night mode didn't synchronize!!! I see that I didn't sleep today! (I TURNED ON NIGHT MODE AS EVERYDAY). Just application has a problem after "unknown problem". Today is 1st may and one day ruined all month of aferage calculation.
OK, problem can be, but WHY smartband or lifelog don't try to synchronize SLEEP ???

Had climbed up a mountain today. So was excited to to sync my smartband, the mobile network reception wasn't great but thought it would work since I was able to receive emails. Got an unknown error and didn't sync any of my data up until that point.

Extremely disappointed that the data isn't backed up on the phone first and then synced to your online account. However in this situation it seems to have commited the data, but the data never reached its destination and then it was lost for good.

Dear Johan I have the very same problem as Tepez. The steps I did are the following: with my Z2 on and connected to Internet I switched my smartband SWR10 on night mode. Then I turn off the Z2 and I go to sleep. In the morning I turn on the Z2 and try to sync the smartband. I get an error ''couldn't connect to the server''. I check my WiFi connection and I see there is a problem in uploading data. I turn off and on the WiFi and now the connection is fine. I try to sync again the smartband and this time it works. Unfortunately all my data collected before that moment are gone. Lifelog does not show anything related to my sleep or the steps taken before the sync was successful.
I am wondering: do you strictly need a connection to sync your data? If it is so, why the Z2 cannot store the data until you will have a working connection?

Thanks for the help!
