Keyboard doesn't appear, and programs crash ...

Hi everyone,

As the title suggests, everytime i try to browse the internet using google chrome, i press on a field where text would be required, and the cursor comes up, but the keyboard doesn't come up. I use swift key keyboard app, but i've tryed reverting to standard keyboard and i get the same problem. And google Chrome is the default web browser, and my prefered browser, so i havent tried using another one. If i repetedly tap on the field where the text should be enetered, i get the keyboard to come up, it sort of come up then down then up etc ... Then when it stays up, i start typing, and i get put back on the home screen. Few other apps close down on me aswell, which is really frustrating. Could it be an app conflict ?

Who ever is willing to help, just ask me for the relevent info you may need about my phone. This has been bugging me since i first got the phone, and ive only had it about a month. Help is much appreciated, thank you in advanced.

Settings > apps > all > chrome > clear cache/data > force stop > check again

Wow, my cache data was 83mb. But still didn't fix the problem unfortunately

Oh, so it would seem the problem as come back to haunt me already. I downloaded and installed firefox web browser, and the same thing happens. Both of the programs either crash when trying to enter fields of data, or the keyboard just doesn't come up. I must have some sort of setting on or something which is causing this.

I really dont want to have to return the phone and get a new one. Please help

That happens when you are calling?

No it doesn't happen during a call. Also, my music doesn't play sometimes, just says cannot play. And some play, but in fast foward, which is weird. Starting to hate this phone.
