Help - my K800i won't switch on after a battery recharge, all I get is an illuminated blank screen that goes off after a couple of seconds. I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, returned the phone to Sony Ericcson and it was sorted free of charge....could a software update be the answer, and how do i do that remotely? Or should I email support and try to get a reference number before sending in the phone/
